Inventory and Stock Management Features

Pipfrog provides a powerful inventory and stock management control facility for operating your web store. In addition to basic stock monitoring, you can customized advanced settings such as minimum/maximum purchase amounts and back-order availability.

Inventory Tracking and Control Inventory tracking can be turned on or off depending on your requirements or of that of single products - you may enable it for those items that are one, or five, of a kind and disable for those that you can make again and again.

Low Inventory Notification A special report is created to notify you of the products that are nearing the out-of-stock status. You know the best what this stock level is, be it 3 or 30 items, and you can set this level. The report is then created regularly at intervals you set.

Purchasing Out of Stock Items Depending on your preference, products that are out of stock may be hidden from the shoppers. If you choose to display them, you may further decide to allow them to be bought or not. In the latter case it is possible for shoppers to request an email (by clicking on a link at product page) for when the product again receives an in-stock status.

Other Stock Status Settings You can set minimum and maximum quantities allowed in the cart, enable quantity increments, enable to automatically return credit memo item to stock.
